All water flows into a containment unit so that nothing goes into the lake.  From the containment unit it is then pumped to an outdoor septic and aerobic system.

As most lakes have a fluctuating water level, on the north side of the Cottage there are two unique floating docks of which you will not find on any other dock on Lake Tyler.  The docks with rise and lower with the lake so that boats and personal water crafts can easily pull up and tie up to the dock no matter the level of the lake.

On the south and west side of the Cottage you will find beautiful gas lanterns that light with a simple flip of a switch.
